Professional Services - Program Management Oversight

Services may also include, but not be limited to:

  • Performing project site visits to verify the accuracy of schedule updates; Contractor payment requests
  • Implementing Project Controls
  • Risk Management Analysis -- implementing risk register into project schedule Monte Carlo Risk simulations.
  • Time Impact Analysis (Change Orders/Claims) - period by period delay analysis and identification of causes, effects and parties responsible for delay;
  • Providing assistance in the development of (means & methods) procedures, standardized schedule templates, coding structures, reports, control strategies, data integrations as requested;
  • Claims avoidance & resolution
  • Developing project baseline and/or recovery schedules;
  • Developing cost & resource loaded schedules;
  • Developing and/or maintaining master schedules and narratives;
  • Recommending intervention/recovery strategies for troubled projects;
  • Providing schedule maintenance and periodic progress updating of schedules;
  • Earned Value (CPI/SPI) development and tracking
  • Assist with selection of construction Delivery Method;
  • Participate in Strategic Planning & What-if scenarios;
  • Schedule Delay analysis -- Hard coded baseline critical paths are analyzed against Project updates
  • As-Planned v As-Built (APAB)
  • Contemporary Period Analysis (CPA or Windows)

Professional Services - On-call Schedule Development

DKBE will develop and or analyze a critical path method master schedule for a single project, multiple related projects or entire program, including all planning, design and construction phases including key decision points. Identify project schedule criteria, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and approval periods for design, procurement and construction submissions
  • Key deliverable dates
  • Total float
  • Summary Schedule
  • Milestone Schedule
  • E/P/C Element Schedule
  • Bid/Award activities
  • Cost/Resource load
  • Long lead item procurement
  • Earned Value Measurement
  • Demolition/hazardous materials removal activities
  • Interface requirements with utilities
  • Hours worked/project needs/ means and methods
  • Claims mitigation
  • Commissioning of equipment
  • Issuance of certificate of occupancy
